First and foremost, we must adhere to California State ABC laws. Since we do not possess a CA liquor license, we can not legally sell alcohol. So here’s how it works: we will work with you developing a cocktail menu and then you have to separately purchase the alcohol needed. We do have relationships with wineries, breweries, distilleries, and liquor stores to get priority pricing. We then provide the catering services: the bar, bartenders, ice, cups, garnishes, homemade syrups and tinctures, juices, mixers, etc.

*We do have access to a liquor license if you need to go that route, but that is on a case-by-case basis and subject to unique guidelines.

Although our bar trailer is a party on wheels, there are some instances where she just can’t fit or get to. In such cases or indoor events, we can accommodate by setting up our portable bar and provide premium bar service in minimal space.
